Tokens & Payouts
Draft for product setup · Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains the intended token model. Real checkout, payouts, fees, refunds, identity checks, and call billing must be configured and tested before the service accepts money. The operator must complete the marked commercial terms before launch.
Token value
The intended purchase price is £1 for one token. A token is a service credit, not a bank deposit, e-money balance, investment, or cash equivalent. Tokens do not earn interest and cannot be transferred or sold outside My Feet Show.
Clients can use tokens to buy eligible content and join paid calls. A creator's displayed token price is the amount charged for that item or call service, before any platform share, payment costs, tax, or other deductions that may apply.
Buying tokens
Token purchases are expected to be completed through Stripe Checkout, subject to written provider approval for the service's exact content and payout model. A balance should only increase after a verified payment event confirms successful settlement; never rely only on a browser redirect. The database ledger should preserve a record of every credit and debit.
The operator must publish its top-up limits, refund and withdrawal rules, tax treatment, chargeback handling, payment availability, and fee disclosures before taking payment. Refunds are handled under applicable consumer law, payment rules, and any statutory rights; do not assume a purchase is always non-refundable.
Content purchases and calls
Each content listing displays its token price before purchase. Purchased access is tied to the buying account and is subject to the Terms of Service and creator's rights.
The creator sets a per-minute call price. Before a client joins, show the rate in tokens and pounds, expected billing increments, any minimum charge, and the method used to stop billing when either party leaves. These billing mechanics must be selected, implemented, and disclosed before live calls are enabled. A call ends when the session disconnects; do not charge for time after the disconnect has been confirmed.
Creator earnings and cash withdrawals
Models may request cash withdrawal of eligible earned tokens through Stripe Connect after completing the required identity and payout onboarding. Client token purchases are not cash-withdrawable. A client who needs a refund must use the support process, and the request will be considered under applicable law and the published refund terms. The intended gross conversion for model earnings is £1 for one eligible token. Withdrawable model earnings may be reduced by refunds, chargebacks, reserves, platform commission, processing fees, taxes, or legal holds.
Before launch the operator must publish: (a) the platform commission or creator share; (b) who pays Stripe and currency conversion costs; (c) minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts; (d) payout schedule and expected settlement range; (e) how refunds and disputes affect creator balances; and (f) the tax reporting responsibilities of creators. These values are not set in this prototype.
Balances, errors, and support
A token transaction ledger is the source of truth for balances. If a balance appears wrong, contact [payments email] with the transaction date and account handle. We may temporarily restrict a balance while investigating a credible payment, fraud, safety, or legal issue, and will explain the restriction where allowed.
If a payment provider rejects a transaction or payout, the provider may need to resolve the issue directly. Do not send card or bank details to support by email.
